If you get an eyedropper and put a little minerial oil in it, then drop a few drops in your chis' ears it may help. The oil cleans out the ear naturally and it also temporiarly deafens them so the thunder is not as loud as it would be normally. Make sure that the oil it is at room temp because if it is too cold it may startle them. I used it on one of my more vocal chis (I
have 3) and he slept right through the storm...you should be able toget the oil at any drug store like CVS, etc. let me know what happens and good luck,
