The first thing I would check out before anything is see if she has a urinary track infection. When a housebroken dog suddenly relieves itself in the house, there is a good chance there could be a medical reason for it.
there are a few reasons for this,
1 stress, did she see something on the walk?
2 females can often leak pee, thats just life.
3 a funny smell on your bed
4 she is mad at you for some reason,
5 somebody new in the house. this is a big one!

anyways rub her noser in the pee and toss her out back, thats what you do!
