my sisters chihuahua had 6 healthy pups. at 4 weeks now we can see that one of the pups consistently is shy, stays to itself, or cowers behind its bed where they all sleep, etc. could the other pups be bullying this one; i need advise on how to nuture and socialize this one in particular.
