One thing about the bones when they are raw is that they just crumble when crunched on. They do not splinter only cooked bones splinter. You will not even find bone particles in the poop. If you have an aggresive eater that is being feed around other dogs then it is best to have the bones slightly frozen. Kind of like an ice cream. They will slow down on gobbling it down. They also get vegi blob. all sorts of fruits and vegies blended up with some fish or chicken kind of the way they would find it in the stomach of their prey.
