OMG, how frightening! Are you sure Moses shouldn't be seen by a vet? 
He could have internal injuries. It would be a good idea to get Moses 
a harness. I have one for Scamp, my 2-yr old chi. When he gets to go 
for short car rides, he wears his harness. A leash is attached and 
then the other end of the leash gets attached to the passenger seat. 
I wrap it so that Scamp can barely reach me. He had the habit of 
trying to get in my lap while I was driving and I couldn't handle the 
steering wheel properly. So out came the harnesss and leash.
