Betty,
My heart aches for you. A few years ago (5), I lost my best friend
after 11 yrs. It happened so fast. She was diagnosed on a Wednesday
with liver cancer & by Friday morning she couldn't lift her head or
recognize me. I had to make the heartbreaking decision to end her
suffering & she was. I had her cremated. I keep her ashes in a
beautiful box on my dresser & think of her everyday. I have no
children & as far as I'm concerned these are my kids. I know how you
feel. I will pray for you.
