Sorry to hear you're having problems with your chi. Fifi only does the submissive pee occasionally and has never done it when excited. Most of the time when she does, it's because I'm going to pick her up and moving way too fast. Usually I'm in a hurry to take her outside. The only advice I can give you is to not scold him or it will make the submissive peeing worse. And I'd be sure to keep him off the bed, couch, etc. until he is over this...lol.
