I agree, they ARE vivid dreamers! lol. Any time you find yourself
concerned, wake her up...if she stops, I am sure it is nothing to worry about.
If she continues, then check to see if it is normal chi shivers (chis shiver a
lot! lol). If it seems more than that, take her to the vet...better safe than
sorry.

Kim, Your pup could be dreaming. I have a 4 yr old Chi, Boo Boo,
and she dreams when she sleeps. She will twitch, whine, move her legs as
if she is running and sometimes she will give a small-muted growl. She
has some vivid dreams.
I would take your pup to the vet with a stool sample and let them check
the pup.
Is it normal for a baby
chihuahua to twitch (almost like having a seizure) while they sleep?
Also, when I got my puppy she got all her shots (the breeder took her to the
vet) in all those shots she got a worm shot. Is she supposed to have more
than one of those. I think that she still has the worms. Actually I know
