Hi Kim. Glad to hear you got your new baby! Fifi was the same way 
when we got her. I held her a lot. She wanted to be held, and of 
course I didn't mind...lol. ;) She's now a year and half old and 
still wants to be held all the time. I'm really glad she's like this 
though. I feel like it keeps her safer and I've bonded better with 
her than any dog I've ever owned. Good luck with your new pup!
