One of my pups did this once after his first set of shots. It started out with his eyes kinda doing like this, then in less than 5 minutes his little body had doubled in size due to swelling. I rushed him straight back to the vet. Turned out he was allergic to the shots and would always require a dose of an antihistamine prior to all future shots!
