While my dogs don't get a "party" either, I did have a B-day party for one chi I use to have. I still have the video tape of it and it is soo funny to watch! I was only in 7th grade at the time and this particular Chi was my first hearing dog, so he was special. We had a party, invited friends, baked him his own special "dog safe" cake and had wrapped presents that people brought him. lol I had the cutest little dog Tux (It was a pound puppies outfit, as this was when pound puppies had just come out) and between his tux and party hat, he was just so cute celebrating his 1st birthday lol. He lived to be 14 years old.
