Yesterday we took the baby on her first road trip. On Sunday's, after church, we usually go to my in-laws for Sunday dinner. They live an hour 15 minutes away. We havnt been sence getting Twos because we didnt want to leave her for that long alone.
So we packed her up her little baby doggie bag with her treats, blanket, and toys, put her in her cute little pink sweater and loaded up. I brought her crate, which I have told everyone she hates, just in case she wanted to take a nap. I was prepared for the worst... peeing at the in-laws, crying, scared but she was the most perfect little baby I have ever seen. She was like another whole puppy. She ever went in her crate to sleep for an hour. When she had to pee i took her outside. This was her first time peeing outside. I use peepee pads and am going to litter train her. She was very polite to the strangers, which im sure had nothing to do with them giving her one of her
BACON treats. She showed them how even though shes little shes not stupid by doing the two tricks she has learned so far which is sit and stay. The whole way home from the in-laws Twos slept on my neck only moving a few times to yawn, strech, and fall right back asleep. It was a good Sunday...
