Those dogs were just protecting their boy! They were his family :-). My chi went nuts when a kid in a batman costume approached my son as they were walking (my son is 6' tall) and it was so funny to see the little guy "protecting" him. However Harvey has never biten and will run behind us if the "threat" approaches closer. I hope the chi's weren't punished for biting the officer. Vicki
