Fifi doesn't bark at strangers, but starts to shake as they approach. Then when they put their hand out to pet her, she meets their hand with her paw to push them away...lol. I think it's funny...she knows who she wants to touch her and who she doesn't. I think a lot of times the stranger gets offended though, not that I really care. If I were you, I would just continue what you are doing. I don't really like muzzles, but you may try that as well if you take your chi into a crowded area. It may make him realize that he didn't have to bark at people to be safe. Good luck! ~Lacey
