I think some dogs just dont like to be doctored. If you have someone who can help hold him you should be able to get them in his ears better. It is like my Boo not letting me cut his toenails. If I take him to a groomer he stands still and lets them do it in 5 seconds. They find ways to get out of stuff they dont like.
