If my may add one more little thing to watch for it is the country
where it is for sale. Coming from overseas, the shipping is very
expensive.

I have been kind of looking at pet
stroller prices though, and Ebay seems to have some quite inexpensive
ones. Just go to Ebay.com and put dog stroller or pet stroller in the
search box.
Another handy thing to do at Ebay is after
you put the item you are looking for in the search box and go to that
page, then above the listings you'll see a "sort by" option. Pick the
lowest prices first option. Be careful of shipping costs though.
