Hi Katie,

  I agree wholeheartedly with you! I also am older and was a vet 
tech when science diet was the only food that could be recommended 
and only vets sold it. The specialized formulas saved many lives by 
controling weight, etc. When my kitty had a liver problem (almost 20 
yrs ago) he was put on one of the foods and lived many years because 
of it! I do not enjoy bashing on lists and agree that everyone has 
their own opinion. I am very glad you brought it up.
