dog's papers have never meant one thing to me.  I love the dog.  Most people don't show the dog.  The only thing they may want the papers for if they BREED the dog and if the dog is neutered so what.... In my OPINION, papers line the birdcage .  Now if someone was going to breed they still wouldn't need papers cause they still sell a hybrid puppy or a puppy without papers for a nice amount.

I wouldn't breed.  I would not jeopardize my female.  Nor would I pay for a puppy as  I would take a rescue and save a life.

I was the most fortunate person on Earth! The Punk think he was the most fortunate Chi.  But he was GIVEN to me FREE outside of Walmarts at 12 weeks old.

I found what you are talking about.. I can't believe it either.. I have two litters a year. Mine are AKC reg. I do sell to pet home and I actually prefer this.. What I do is you sign a contract that you will spay/ neuter your pet by 6 months.. I will give you a copy of the pups paper when he/she leaves her but till I contact your vet or get a reciept or surgery notes or something for proof I hold the original papers.. I release them at the 6 mos . when I get what I want.. I mark limited on the Akc papers and send them on to you. So you get a reg. pup and I know that chances are you will take care of my baby and give him /her a forever home.. I also know that I won't have babies producing babies out there.. My last set of babies went ( depending if it is a rare color or not) for 300.00 and you pay to get the pup to you.. Cindy

I sure did and not one of them looked any better then OUR puppies and as much as I love mine,
I sure couldn't afford those prices.

was surfing the net and noticed that www.nextdaypets.com has a few rescue chis listed for low price or free. Just thought some of you who were looking for a pet quality chi may be interested. :-)
