That is very sad about your little chi!    Like someone posted already, if you tell us where you live maybe one of us would know of a breeder.  I don't breed so maybe one of the breeders on here can give you some advice.  You should be welcome to go to the breeders house.  They should be willing to show you the mom and dad dog. <It is possible Dad dog belongs to someone else though>  Ask lots and lots of questions.    Katie " Lets talk about our wonderful little friends!
