Well, now I know why I've never had a "neurotic" chihuahua. I spoil them rotten so there's nothing to get neurotic about.I've been told so many times by people who meet my dogs for the first time, "I thought chihuahuas were always shaking and bark a lot. Your dog seems so layed back."/////What I'm trying to say, We as Chihuahua owners have to be careful of out little friends, they need a lot of attention, and stroking, otherwise they could become very neurotic. //////
