I had this problem with our puppies, however I found ones at PetSmart
that have sticky strips on 2 of the sides. They are their brand I
think but I could be wrong. The name on the bag is Simple Solution,
Jump Start for puppies. They are white, have 2 strips you can peel off
and stick to floor. They soak up the urine much faster than the blue
ones which I was using until Mimi started pulling them around like you
have your little one doing.
