I don't think ANY dog is stupid........just some of the people who own them. Either stupid or they just don't give a damn about anything or anyone but themselves. Some people should NOT own dogs.......Dog ownership is a big responsibility. Just like being a parent to a kid. Unfortunately, a lot of those people aren't good parents either. Just my "humble opinion". I hope Wawa will be alright and get over the trauma from this experience. Sash.
