I don't think there are any bad breeds, just bad owners.  Just my humble opinion.  Sash.

THats what they where trying to do in germany. What you are saying
makes perfect sense to me. I just went to the SPCA shelter in Orlando
and they have a pit rate of somewhere around 60% a lot home them
with a home crop.(already a bad sign) There has to be something done
about aggresive dogs. Not just for the Chi's, but so we can keep our
kids safe
