People just don't get it. I was at the park yesterday with my little
Bear (3.6 lb). He was leashed and we were on the walking path when a
big dog came up the hill not on a leash after him with his owner
chasing him. I grabbed him up about the time she got the dog. This
dog was not friendly and did not want to play. He was growling and
barking. He had a head like a pit bull and a shaggy body. He was
wierd looking and mean as hell. I told the lady she needed to put
kujo on a leash. She apoligized and pulled him back down the hill. I
got back to the car and was sitting in the seat getting ready to clean
Bears feet off. The dog came back into the parking lot still not on a
leash and charged after Bear again. I pulled Bear in and slammed the
door. The dog ran into the door of my car. About that time my buddy
the park ranger was pulling through the lot. He saw the dog off the
leash and stopped. He was talking to her and told her that the dog
needed to be on a leash and next time she would get a ticket and
possibly be banned from the park. I told him what had already
happened and he went ahead and gave her the ticket and banned her from
the park. I don't think she likes me now. People like that don't
need a dog.
