Katie,

Sopie is so cute! That last pic on the bed is precious. Bear is my
first chi also. Had lots of doggies but he is the first chi.
Everyone I talk to calls Bear a different color. My vet calls him
grape and tan. That is what is on his rabies certificate. I thought
grape was purple but what do I know? The girls at PetSmart call him a
brown merle. I've seen a grey merle. I didn't know there was a
brown merle. At the Pet Supply where I get his food the older fellow
there calls him chocalate and tan. I'm just an old country boy. To me
he's always just been brown and tan. He has a small white patch on
his chest and the toes on his back right foot are white. The breeder
I got him from just called him brown. You probably didn't realize
that you asked a loaded question. I probably told you way more than
you wanted to know. I tend to ramble on. I don't know enough about
proper terminology to say what he is officially. Maybe someone in the
know will tell us what they think.

Chris (& Bear whos sittin' beside me in the recliner chewin' the mess
out of a nylabone)
