I wont take a side on this one way or the other, but if you watch Judge Judy, there was an episode last week where a guy shot and killed two dogs that were attacking his dog. The plaintiff was the one who shot and was suing the owner of the two dead dogs for the vet bills for his dog. The defendant counter sued for the loss of her two dogs. Judge Judy said the plaintiff had every right to shoot the dogs and awarded vet cost. Probably, Doesn't effect BB guns, but geez, isn't something like this over kill?
