Don't hold your breath. These people don't have a conscience. I would try and find
out some way where he has them and visit on the pretext of buying a pup. Then
report him to the authorities. But I'm in Canada and really can't do much.

How sad.. I am glad we have groups like this so we can stick together and educate eachother. I would pray for someone like him to learn write from wrong.. Maybe he will join one of our groups and learn to have a heart.. All we can do is hope.

Marsha, I'm so glad you said something to him! That is horrible!
Poor little pups. Fifi is a healthy 4 lbs, lays by the radiator
(German houses don't have central heat and ac) and still shivers.
That man could have at least had the decentcy to put a sweater on
