I've only had "Tia" since Thursday and I already need some advice from
all of you. I'm using the Puppy Training Pads to housebreak Tia but she
has other ideas for those pads. She wants to use them for a bed, she
puts all of her toys on the pad and lays there with them. She's using
the middle of the kitchen floor to do her business. I have a bed plus a
little tent in the kitchen for her, so I don't know why she prefers the
"wee wee pads" to lay on. How do I go about getting Tia to use the pads
to "go potty" on?
I'm also having problems getting her to eat. I'm feeding her the same
food that her breeder had her on and I've even tried mixing in some baby
food to try to temp her to eat but it isn't working very well. I've also
started giving her NutraCal.
I took her to my Vet the day she arrived to be checked over and he said
that she's in good health.
Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
