If you want to address any yahoo group owner, just add the -owner to the email address, for example:

This group owner and I had a nice email exchange...

I'm not sure why the group owner is so hands off in running this group, but hey, it's their group, and it is one of the most active groups I have ever participated. Perhaps that's how the group owner set up and runs this group....

We're all welcome to create our own group, I myself, run several ALL with various subject matters, it's fun, but it is a lot of work.

Plus, If we feel this group has become to judgmental and mean, then change it, actually, it's a basic spiritual principle, change comes from within, yourself, or what I mean to say, myself, change my attitude, what I will and will not read, what I will and will not respond to.My focus is the easiest way to change the world. Perhaps, I (we) could remember to focus on what puts a smile on our face.

If you want to change the tone of the group, then do it, with your positive influence, in how you speak to others, in what you say, and do in the group.

We could actually all learn something from this.

We could ignore the trouble makers, no judgement, but at times, there is always some person out there seeking negative attention and energy. I call these types, Psychic Vampires, they suck the vitality and energy from others.....BUT, we could ignore these posts, myself included. Just hit delete. Then, if it continues one could block that email address. Why feed their need for negative attention, we've all got better things to do! Like talk about how cute our little dogs are!

Now, the moderator/group owner could put the offending person(s) on moderate, as an individual while the rest of the group can remain un-moderated.

And as a group, we can remember that we come to this group for the joy of our little dogs, remember the fun and joy that our furry friends have come to show us, remember to laugh, and not take ourselves so damned serious. A good lesson for all we Americans, we're ALL so serious and mad since 2000, times are tough today, all the more reason for us as a group to look for our common humanity and love rather than our differences. That's a good way to support the troops, to realize the commonality that we all want to be love and be loved, with respect for all, even if we don't agree with every little thing, so what? Do we want and expect everyone to be the same, how boring, how far from how we have created!

Just some thoughts, on a rainy morning in San Francisco.
