Jen, Be careful. I've seen dogs have trouble with high doses of garlic. People used to give it to ward off fleas as a home remedy. It made them weak. This was years ago so I checked both my vet health books to make sure I was remembering correctly. Both say it can cause hemolytic anemia in large doses and recommended against giving it to small dogs and puppies at all.

I really studied up on the bard diet before taking the plunge and alot of things we worried about in the past really are not anything to worry about. I give whole eggs shell and all, raw chicken, raw beaf, raw fruits (minimal) raw Vegies (minimal) Never need teeth cleaned, never shedding, poop does not stink and most of all very little poop.
