I'm not really sure how much to give. There should be directions on
the back of the tube ("x" amount per every 10 lbs.). You only give
it as needed. It's high in sugar and calories so you don't want to
over do it. I only used it with Fifi until she was eating well and I
didn't have to worry about going into hypoglycemia. I do keep some
on hand in case she gets sick and is not eating well. I used it when
she was attacked by the black beast (black lab... lol) b/c she
wasn't up to eating. If a pup or dog won't lick it off your finger,
you just open his mouth and put it in there. ~Lacey
