If he is not eating for that long AND has diarrhea and is throwing up, I think a call to your vet for advice is in order. If it was simply not eating and no other signs, I wouldn't worry in such a short period, but with the addition of diarrhea and throwing up, sounds like cause for concern. Give the vet a call. Nothing to loose by a phone call. Is he drinking well? Check also for dehydration.
