It sure is! I'm always promoting it. So much good stuff just gets thrown away and fills up our landfills. I have also given away a lot in the thousands of dollars if you add it up. We just retired and downsized to a mobile home. So you can imagine just how much there was in a 2 storey 3 bedroom home that also had a furnished inlaw suite. And I STILL have too much stuff! 
One of the things we did when preparing for retirement was upgrade from a 5th wheel trailer to a motorhome. We knew it would be paid off by the sale of our home. Now we are mortgage free and dept free (mostly) 
We were supposed to go south this winter but there was just too much renovation we wanted to accomplish first and it's almost done now. So Next winter we will be heading south to the Rio Grande Valley.
