Yes, medications and vaccines have killed dogs. I am not saying they
always kill dogs or even that they usually kill dogs - I am merely
saying that it has happened before.

There are a lot of idiots in the world.

Yes, dogs have died from falls....again I am not saying the ALWAYS die
or even that they usually die. I am simply stating that it is a fact
that a dog can die from falling - out a window, off a cliff, etc. It
can happen - I think you'll be hard pressed to disagree with me.

Can you site a source that indicates that a dog has NEVER died while
undergoing a surgery? I, again, was merely pointing out that yes,
some dogs have died during surgery. I was not trying to say anything
more or anything less than that.

Haha...where did that come from and what does that have to do with
anything? I am aware of Premarin, and no the foal does not always get
clubbed to death and turned into hot dogs (I would love to see a
source siting that PMU foals get turned into hot dogs and lunch
meat...please send one my way). Again, that is very off topic to the
point where it seems you're just trying to get a rise out of people.
Interesting.
