yes, Lilpaws is a good choice. I had a harness for Nubi when I first got him (wen he weighed less than three pounds) and it was fantastic I don't know if you have Petsmart in the Us but that it where it came from, there are a variety of leads, harnesses, collars etc. I think the harness was $20ish.
