I have tiger lillies planted on Echo's.. (you can see Echo on my web site)   Petie was standing on him.. He was my 11 year old black lab/blood hound mix.. I will find something nice to plant for   him.. I need to wait till it is a little warmer though.. In Willow where I use to live (23 miles from here) I have a small animal graveyard with a bird ,a fish, one baby pup, a cat, and one older pit bull dog that someone threw out of there car.We lived in this house a long time.  When we sold the place two years ago the agreement was to leave the animal grave yard alone. We are now friends with the people so we visit our old house and they tell everybody about the animal graveyard and how they are not to bother it. We have home made head stones.    We have different plants (mostly flowers planted by the headstones) and we planted a couple of Mountain Ash trees that we went way out in the country and dug it up so it was pretty there. Anyway, it is a special place but a place that is in our past. We are now making it here.. Cindy
service for him tomorrow and bury him .. We just acknowledge that he was here and say a prayer for him and then send him on his way
That sounds lovely, Cindy.  Maybe, a few flowers or one of those flat home made stone markers.......
