Hi the yellow is bile.. It is normal to have this in our stomach..Sometimes when my girls are pregnant they will have morning sickness and then when they throw up it is that  thick yellow bile. Your girl might have eaten something that did not agree   with her .  Give her time to see what will happen.. Just make sure that she does not get dehydrated..
