I've done the same thing that Sandi reccomended. Chances are if your chi won't walk with a harness, then she won't with a collar either. It's just a matter of teaching her to walk on a LEASH. And collars are a no no. If they start to pull it could damage the trachea. Also, it's best to use the harness in case a big mean dog approaches. You can pick up your chi more safely and quickly with the harness if you have too. Good luck! ~Lacey
