Hi everyone. My name is Linda and I adopted Bella, a five year old chihuahua from the Planned Pethood Rescue group. Bella is the first dog I've had since I was a child, and I don't know what took me so long to get a dog. Bella has been with me for three weeks now, and is an absolute love ... I can't imagine life without her. The moment I saw her, I knew we were meant to be together. She has been through a lot in the last 6 weeks ... a couple of different foster homes, being spayed, and having surgery a week ago to remove a lump and nipple. Fortunately, it was not cancer. Having a few problems with her using my carpet as a bathroom, but we're working on it. If anyone has any words of wisdom, please pass them my way (smile).
