I think we need to place a whole lot more fault on the breeder for selling
so young than the new buyer for buying so young. As chi people, we often
take for granted our knowledge of the breed and fail to consider that a
new chi owner may not know a LOT of stuff. Untelling what that breeder
told the lady that may have made a naive person think it was ok to take
the pup. Maybe even lie about the age. However, what kind of person wwould
show such disregard for the deceased body of the pup???? Up to the point
of abusing the corps, I blame the breeder.
