no, I don't have the name of a specific person but just go do a search for "xs dog harness" and all kinds will pop up........ I always just do a search for "xs dog" and all kinds of stuff (shirts, clothes, shoes, doggles, etc) pop up and a lot of it is custom made.  Good luck and happy hunting

I bought mine on Ebay because there are some people on there that custom make stuff such as that.  Kana is so small that she can fit a ferret harness.  LOL but I wanted something more geared for doggies.   And for those of you who have seen my other "Ebay" replies......... yes.......I LOVE EBAY!!  LOL
