I wish I could. One........no fence. Two....... I live in a house that is on top of a full length garage/basement. So it is a long ways down to the ground and bless her heart. She is so little she hasn't figured out how to jump up onto the steps yet. I'm sure she will eventually but she doesn't seem to be in a hurry to try.
