Oh.!! I would have RIPPED into them.!!! HOW DARE THEY!?!
You're so right they had NO excuses. Telling you to call back and
then you get the answering service.!! I don't know what I would have
done.. Actually, you know, I think I would have said, "No, you're
not going to keep her over night."

One of my cats was neutered when Katrina was expected to hit the
Gulf Coast. I live in Texas. The Vet said they would like to keep
Indy over night and I said no. They set me up with a special number
to call in case something happened. Plus they gave me the name of
the Emergency Vet Clinic just minutes from my house which they
highly recommended.

I feel exactly as you do.!! Lying to someone one is no way to gain a
clients trust especially when they're dealing with a pet that is a
member of the family.!! I'd have ripped them a new one.!!!

How is Gordie doing now? Is she okay?? I sure hope so.!!

Hugs,
Darlene and Lucy

hold off a few because I had a couple things to say and I didn't
want to be held back on my thoughts because I was so glad to see my
baby. I gave them a piece of my mind. They had NO excuses for what
they did. And then I found out that I was lied to about someone
being with her all night... grrrr...

saw me she went crazy trying to get to me. She even jumped down out
of the nurses arms, wincing because it hurt and ran to me. My poor
baby. I HATE that she had to go through that situation, but it is
over with now, and there WILL be a different vet for anything else
that she needs.

And thank you all for putting up with me and my tears the past
couple days. I am so relieved to have friends like you guys.
