Sounds like simple case of reverse sneezing to me, but since she was recently in close contact with other animals at the vet, I would keep an eye for symptoms of Kennel Cough. Not a major issue. No need to rush to the vet (unless she starts showing other symptoms such as throwing up, lethargy, ect) If all she is doing is making "that sound" I wouldn't worry too much. Just ask the vet about it when you do go in.
