Your vet should send Miki home with pain meds to last for a couple days after surgery, and that should take care of any residual pain.  Baby teeth are VERY shallow rooted, pulling them shouldn't leave Miki in pain.  Make SURE your vet has done pre-surgery bloodwork, and ask about the pain meds.  Miki may not even need them because a neuter is a much more minor surgery than a spay.
