I think u mean this.....I ordered it on-line from walmarts when Minnie was
real young.....just in case I needed it.
http://www.walmart.com/catalog/product.do?product_id=3635292
It
may be in the walmart store, but I never looked....I just added it to the rest
of my order.
Thankfully she never needed it. I had to take her to the
vet the day after I bought her because she had bloody diahrea. He said to feed
her Science Diet dog food (little bites), several small feedings a day. That
way she would not get diahrea and her sugar remained more steady. I would stir
a little of the juice from my cats canned food to get her to eat it. When she
got about 6 months old, I slowly changed it over to Beniful puppy food
and still put the cat food juice on it. Any food change has to be done slowly,
mixing the new with the old a little at a time. A few weeks ago, since she is
almost 1 yr old, I started to put a little mighty dog canned food stired into
the Beniful and now she's turning her nose up at the cat food
juice.....she's spoiled, I know.....LOL....my son and daughter tell
me that often enough.....LOL.....now I have to find more Mighty Dog food
on sale again....LOL

for the I forget what it is called. I think its nutro(something) or
you could rub some corn syrup on his gums to bring his blood sugar
up.

Re: [Chihuahuas] Re: Seizures in Chis
Nacho started convulsing and then became stiff for a little bit and was
not sure where he was after it was over.It lasted about 2 minutes. It
seemed like a lifetime to me.he is going to the vet.I'm not going to let
him suffer.Nacho is my baby.

Hi, my name is Deb,
Are you sure it's not asmatic?
and how often does so's it happen? I
have 5 Chi's and every now and
then one or two of them will have like
a weezing coughing spell some
times it's brought on with excitement 1
of them will have a sneezing
attack when she gets an attack I calm
her down and she is fine, but
if your little one is jirking and
having confulsion's like symtoms
that is not a common attack, like
what mine do and the vet informrd
me was normal for Chi's so it just
depends on what kind of seizure
Nacho is having, like how long did it
last or maybe he ate something
that triggered it. What ever the case
make sure you take him in to
the Vet. Good luck.
Deb.
