Both. This particular rescuer is also a foster mom. She keeps them as long as needed, but she is also affiliated with several different rescue groups and foster groups. She has her own rescue group and all the rescues are cross posted among many groups. She herself limits her fosters to just a few at a time, but she arranges fosters for others while she is full.  She really does a great job with working with many different groups.  She does not charge for pulling dogs from shelters ect and only charges a small adoption fee because she feels that those who are willing to put a little money into a dog are more likely to care for it for the long term.

attached is a pic of a rescued chi in TN that is needing a home. He is neutered and crate trained. 15 months old. Does NOT do well with young kids. The adoption fee will be small. If anyone can give this little guy a home, let me know and I can pass the info on to his foster mom or give you her email addy.
