What I have are footlockers, I guess you'd call them, at the foot of the bed. I put a piece of nonslip carpet on one and trained Angel to get up and down from the bed using that. It did take a week or two to get her to use it all the time. I didn't even worry about it til about the last year because she's getting older and I was worried about her jumping off the high bed. She basically just decided one day that she was going to use it. Until then, she'd use it if I made her, but not when I couldn't catch her quickly enough. Then, she just started using it all the time. That works for her because she is much larger/longer legged than a lot of them. Marie

I am thinking on buying a Scamp Ramp for my two dogs to have access to our high bed (27 inches high) and not be jumping.  Does anyone have one?  Was it hard for to teach their dog to use it?

Thanks,

Emi
