I agree. I put people who purposely abuse animals right up there with child abusers. They have that same cruel lack of human kindness in them. Cowards pick on the defenseless, I guess thats what it boils down to. She should be starved for a few weeks to see what she put that poor pup thru. Sometimes I'd think its the owners who should be put down, not these helpless, innocent creatures.
I know that sounds harsh, but this kind of thing just hits me where I live. I look at Tiffany and cannot imagine harming one hair on her little body.
