Hi. I can make the dog necklaces as small as 4-5 inches if it is needed that
small. This mother of pearl necklace with black onyx charm is 11" now but I
can resize it to anywhere between 4-5 inches and 11 inches.
Yep these necklaces are made to spoil and pamper the furkids / doggies with.
